Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room was uncomfortably hot with only a heavy duvet as a blanket, and the promised lake view was nowhere to be seen. However, the service was exceptional, especially from the cleaning manager, despite the mishap with my service animal. The location was perfect for walking my dog, although the surroundings were too quiet due to closures. The dining experience was fantastic, ensuring a quick start to my day on the mountain.
The hotel's location is fantastic, central to everything you need, but the rooms, although large and very clean, could use some maintenance. The service provided was great, with very helpful and positive staff. The dining options were just average at best, and the breakfast was a bit overpriced. The facilities, however, were in good condition and met our needs.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were large, very comfortable, and clean, but they tended to get uncomfortably warm during our entire stay. The service had its ups and downs, with some staff being very nice while others were a bit inefficient. The location was great for our trip, very pretty and well-kept, but some of the facilities left something to be desired. The dining experience was average at best, although the view of the gorgeous lake was a definite highlight.
